The right to use this website constitutes acceptance of the following conditions of use: All images and material displayed on this Website are exclusively owned by Europort eBiz, LLC. Not any of the material from this Website may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, distributed and/or otherwise dealt in/or with, without the prior written permission of Europort eBiz, LLC. However this excludes use of any material for personal, home and non-commercial use only. Europort eBiz, LLc disclaims all accountability in association with any loss and/or damages whatsoever arising as an outcome from any use of the material on this Website.

Europort eBiz, LLc reserves the right to adjust or change any products or price without prior notice.

Product Information

We specialize in traditional Czech and Moravia products such as Bohemian Leander Porcelain, ceramics, and folklore dolls "Selky" Slovakia custom made folk products and children books.

We are very passionate about our gift shop and about making available the best of Czech and Slovak art and gifts. Many our customers made inquiries about custom-made folklore dresses. Please read the product information of each product. Standard process of your order - for all in-stock items please allow 5-7 working days to process your order, not including shipping time. After your order has been shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number within 48 hours.

Europort eBiz, LLC makes every effort to provide you with the most precise visual illustration of the items we sell. Due to variation in color settings on different types of computer monitors, color of genuine item may contrast a little from the image you see on the website.

Sizes of some products are approximate. We try very hard to give exact measurements, however, by transferring from metrics measures it may slightly change the size of products. This is especially true for products that are hand made.

Custom Made Products

Most of our products are custom made or custom finished. Thanks to our personal contact with Czech artists we are able to offer to our customers all custom made products without any additional charges. Please keep in mind that when ordering custom made gifts it may take 6-8 weeks to finish your order!

Payments Method

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, Discover card and we offer PayPal Express Checkout.

You can complete your order online, and pay with your Credit Card or your PayPal account.

If you prefer to mail in your payment, please print out our Order Form. When ready to check out, click on CHECKOUT at the top of the page and follow instructions for payment or Mail-in Order Form.

You can use the order form with a check or credit card for payment.

Personal check can be mailed with the printed-out Order Page instead of using the Cart Checkout. Please note: Personal checks should be made out to EUROPORT EBIZ, LLC and may delay shipment of your Order for several days while check clears.

Security and safety is our number one priority

The payments are processed by PayPal to secure your financial information and prevent credit card fraud. Any payment information processed by PayPal will not be seen by us or stored on our server. Your personal data will not be sold in any way to a third party; all details will remain strictly confidential and restricted by our company.

Product Packaging

We are concerned about the environment and to the extent possible we recycle boxes and packaging material. In that case, if the exterior box has a strange name, it is because it was used before and it may still be re-usable. If you are going to give the product as a gift, we recommend purchasing a gift box or a gift bag to make a prettier appearance.

Out of Stock merchandise

On merchandise that is out of stock, we will pursue our normal system of processing your order and billing your credit card. We will inform you by e-mail that the merchandise is out of stock and give you an approximate date in which we expect our shipment to arrive or choice of replacement with another item. If the merchandise is delayed we will give you the choice to cancel your order and credit your credit card for the full amount.

Cancellation of Orders

All orders are processed on the day they arrived by 11:00 am CT. Orders received in the afternoon are processed the next business day. No order is processed on weekends. Any order that is not processed yet can be canceled.

Please contact us by the phone 1-888-864-164. After hours instructions can be left as a message on our voice-mail. We cannot guarantee that an order cancellation by e-mail will be delivered to us on time! All canceled orders must have written e-mail confirmation from us that the order was canceled. Orders refused by the customer at time of delivery, without prior e-mail confirmation, will be subject to 35% restocking fee.

Return Policy

Thank you for your order! We guaranty the quality of our products!

If you are not fully satisfied you may exchange or return the item. You may choose to exchange for any our product in stock or a gift certificate. When returning an item that is not flawed or defective, customer may be assessed a 35% restocking fee when requested full refund. Shipping charges are excluded from any refund.

The following items are NOT returnable:
1. Special sale merchandise
2. Transactions more then 30 days old.
3. Items that have been used.
4. All custom-made merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise

Any shipping damages caused by the shipping company (crushed boxes, broken items) must be claimed within 48 hrs by the customer!

Call your USPS, UPS or FEDEX office and follow their instruction. We will not be responsible for any replacement if the damage is not reported to us in a timely manner.

Shipping

We appreciate your business! Shipping charges are base on the weight of the product ordered.

To determine the cost of shipping:

• After you select product to buy, click on "Add to Cart"
• When ready to "check out" enter your zip code in the Shipping Destination and click on "Update Cart"
• Select your preference of Shipping Method and the Shipper and click on "Update Cart"

When ready to purchase continue to "Pay now" and make a choice of Secured PayPal Express Checkout or using your Credit Card.

When possible, the items will be shipped together to minimize shipping charges.

Express shipping is not available for oversized items, shipments to P. O. Boxes custom made or out-of-stock items.

UPS 2nd Day Air & FedEx 2 Day - shipped within 36 hrs. (In Stock Merchandise Only)
UPS 3rd Day Air - shipped within 48 hrs. (In Stock Merchandise Only)

Unfortunately, we may charge shipping fees a second time if we have to re-ship/re-direct package for any reason due to customer's wrong information, including incorrect Address and Zip Code or missing names and Suite Numbers. Address correction fees that are charged by the USPS and UPS or FedEx are the responsibility of the customer if we are provided with inaccurate information. Please double-check your shipping address information!

Delivery to foreign addresses

If you reside elsewhere in the world and would like to ship an order outside the USA we would be happy to assist you. Shipping charges are quoted upon request; please call 1-888-864-1164
Duties and applicable taxes on items shipped to these locations are the sole responsibility of the customer.
